In order to expidite your repair, please contact me before you install the support software. The best way is to call my cellphone. If that is not an option for you, you may also send an instant message to my America Online Instant Messanger screen name: NONNYROCKS. Even if I am currently offline, an IM to NONNYROCKS will go strait to my cell phone, unless I am asleep.
The next step is to download the support software. This is a small program that will deactivate itself after you close it, or if it cannot connect. You can find it here. Once you have made contact with me, I will give you instructions on how to use it. The program is password protected.
If the chat room #FlyBoy is empty, I am probably offline. Send an IM to my AOL AIM screen name, NONYROCKS. I am usually set to "mobile", and I will try to get back to you. If you don't have AOL AIM, call my cell. Don't have my number? Then just wait till the chatroom is populated. My screen name for #FlyBoy is NoseDive, and I will be listed as an op, or have an @ next to my name. Any other screen names are NOT ME!
